1. Cancellations
- Once a payment has been made successfully, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- In case of a mistaken or duplicate payment, please contact us at accounts@vjec.ac.in within 12 hours of the transaction.
- Cancellations are subject to review and approval by our support team.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment made in error
- Service not rendered due to unavoidable reasons on our end
- All refund requests must be raised by sending an email to accounts@vjec.ac.in with proof of payment and the reason for the refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within [5–10 business days] to the original mode of payment.
- No cash or alternate method of refund will be entertained.
3. Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing or a payment issue, please notify us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner.
